At My SEND Den, postage within the UK is always free!

Every order is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

This includes photo confirmation and tracking so that you can follow your parcel's journey right to your door.

We provide 14 days from receiving your order to let us know if you'd like to return.

Items must be in original condition and unopened.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return in the stated condition.
