We keep things simple and fair:

Orders are confirmed once payment is processed securely via Shopify

Prices are in GBP with VAT included.

Delivery times are estimates; unfortunately, sometimes there are delays outside our control as we use external couriers, but we are committed to fixing issues as fast as possible.

Returns are accepted within 14 days.

My SEND Den is not liable for misuse of products or indirect losses.

These terms are governed by English law.

Your child's safety matters more than anything:

Products are designed for children aged 3-16+ years.

Some may contain small parts and are not suitable for under 3s.

Adult supervision is always essential.

Some items are sourced internationally; not all carry UKCA/CE markings.

Any individual product carrying the My SEND Den name or tree icon is fully UK compliant.
(UKCA/CE tested)

Products are for sensory support and play - they are not medical devices.

Please check product descriptions carefully for allergens or materials.
